Success Stories

1The class ratio from teacher to students was amazing. I felt that my sons’s teacher coming for home visits was amazing and fun experience for us and him. The emphasis on math and science helped my son a lot.

I am not just a parent but I was also a student at Horizon Science Academy. While attending Horizon-Columbus, they had smaller class sizes and a focus on really learning the subjects.  In public school I was failing, had a low GPA and was not passing the standardized tests. Once I went to Horizon Columbus my grades improved, my GPA went up and I was now passing the standardized tests. I also think the Turkish teachers really helped prepare me for my job after high school. I went to Horizon-Columbus from 7th-12th grade. The experience gave me opportunities to learn about different dialects and cultures of people from around the world. The Turkish language was offered as a language which was also something they did not offer at the public schools I attended. I now work for Chase and being able to understand and work with people who have different accents has been great for my professional career in IT.

Being a graduate of Horizon-Columbus, I felt that their sister school, Noble Academy was a good school to choose for my son. They have smaller class sizes and my son gets to experience different accents, dialects and cultures that he wouldn’t if he was in a different school. It is good for my son to break down those cultural and communication barriers that are so common when interacting with other people to better prepare him for his future.

If more kids had an opportunity to interact with the variety of culture as Horizon/Noble Academy offers, between the student body and staff, then it helps to close the racial barriers most still experience today. The opportunity is great for not just academic growth but social growth in the long term.

I have 3 students enrolled at this school, they really enjoy attending here. I have got to know almost all the teachers and staff here and I really have created unique friendships with everyone! The teachers and principal are dedicated to the children. They offer after school tutoring, clubs, and after school care for free. I am so glad I found this school!

My daughter is a kindergartener at Noble, and we are very happy with the school overall. We had been hearing about the school’s quality in the past years, and now this year we had a chance to see it ourselves. The teachers are great and helpful. Our child also stays for afterschool care, and we are happy with that as well. They respect diversity. They also have wide-ranging extracurricular activities; our daughter participates in an activity most days following the classes. The school is in a good neighborhood, and small-sized. In a way, it feels like a private school. Highly recommended.

I am very pleased with Noble Academy. I changed one year ago my son from Daniel Wright, he is happy and a A+ student without the criticism and impatient of all the teachers and counselors of Daniel Wright. Noble Academy is ‘a poor school’ if we compare with all the economical resources from other schools, but in Noble Academy they use very well their limited budget and their teachers and rest of the satff are more dedicated.

I had one child attending Noble and now my second will be going there as well. I truly appreciate the small class size and the focus on high standerd of academics. I love the kidergarten teacher. She helped my child come out of his shell and gain confidence. I would recommend this school to anyone. Being a working mother the afterschool care is a blessing as well.
